Blogless Blogs

It kills me a little inside to have to write this post but I have to. It’s not you, it’s me. You see how I’m building up the tension? I bet you thought this was going to be a really dramatic blog post! Well, you guessed right because it is!

My GCSE exams start next month and I’m so unprepared, it’s depressing! But alongside school, I also need to balance work which means I have to forfeit something for the next couple of months. Every time I try to settle down to revise, I always end up getting distracted by planning my next blog post. I know that once I publish this post (which i have written ridiculously early in the morning so excuse my poorly strung sentences) I won’t need to worry about my blog for the next couple of months.

I’m going to throw away the keys to this blog until the end of June because I have to rid myself of all potential distractions and I really didn’t want to have to say goodbye to my blog… but it is for the best.

Thank you for reading my blog everyone! I really do appreciate it and I shall see you all in June. Happy blogging! xxx

  1. We had to compare Romeo and Juliet to other poems. Focus on the themes rather than the difference between the fact that it’s a novel/play and a poem which are two completely different things. For mine, I compared the treatment of women between the texts and the relevance of society. Don’t worry too much about it, you will have plenty of time to prepare and to get it right.
